I am brand new to smoking and have recently built a UDS. So far it seems to work great. I have been able to pull a lot of info from The Smoking Meat Forums and wanted to say thanks. More posts to come.

This site has tons of info.

I would suggest you spend some time reading all the different forums and the WIKIs.

Then use the handy dandy search tool for specific interests!!
