This is our build of our first smoker.

Let me know what you think and check it out.

The tank was an old water storage tank, the original size was over 11 ft long now it is 5 1/2ft long and 3 foot diameter.

It had to be removed from the basement in 6 peices as the house was build around it

There are five reverse flow plates that can be easily moved out for cleaning and the air intake

it a pipe system with the large handle so its easily adjusted.

There is a lot of pictures and the project is on its last leg of being done so this is kinda a build recap.

It was a learning experience as none of us had built a trailer. It turned out great and i wouldn't change to much.

SoM, morning and welcome to the forum.... the smoker is really cool...   leaving the level indicator and rivets adds a touch of mystique... great build...   Dave

That is one sweet smoker - congrats on an awesome build

Nice to hear that the rear center feed reverse flow is working couldnt fine ne online before we started out build but i thought it was a good idea!

We smoked on it yesterday and she didn't let us down. We are currently working on the air flow. It stays right at temp consistantly, but I fell like we run through a lot of fuel. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with their reverse flow?
