Does anyone know the process, marinade and etc for the way HEB grocery stores in central Texas makes their slow cooked vacuum packed briskets? I've developed a real fondness for the way their hickory smoked briskets taste but they're too far away for me to drive over and get any.
The package says slow cooked for 12 hours, and a few other hints, but I think it's the marinade that makes these taste so great.
