The Foil Thing

Half my life traveling takes me regularly to places like Jack Stack in Kansas City, Corky's in Memphis, Smitty's in Panama City. You get the idea. It's a long list.


None of my favorite BBQ places use foil and they do get the best results.


5:30am   2 Briskets in the brand new MES 40. ( Oh Yeah, Remote Control) Still have the old MES, but it needs some work.
