I smoked 25 lbs of pork shoulders and pulled them at 195 degrees...It took around 13 hours to reach this temperature...We served pulled pork and wicked baked beans with all  the trimmings for our 22nd Moto Guzzi campout at the Eureka Springs KOA Father's Day weekend...What a hit. Almost everyone commented on  the pulled pork and the baked beans...The pork was gone in no time...I need to smoke a little more next year...Thanks to this site, I have learned some good receipes, finishing sauces, rubs, etc...Many have been well complemented.......
