Picked up a "partially cooked" ham to surprise dad for father's day. Rubbed with mustard and a light coat of brown sugar. Smoked at 225-230 til internal temp reached 162 then foiled for a nap and served. My first time doing a ham and I will never put one in the oven again. Incredibly moist and tender.

not sure why the pics post in different order than I submitted them but they're still nice to look at. Enjoy!

What Raptor said above.

Plus when you post them, hit return 3 or 4 times after each pic shows shows up in the reply box.

That should put a space between them & keep them in the order you posted.
