I havn't had these in awhile so i thought we would have them for dinner thursday nite.
Marinated with soy, worsty,garlic, and CBP for 2hrs
Smoked @ 250º with RO lump and pecan on the Char-Broil offset.
I used the 2-2-1 method on these and they were great.
About 30 mins into the smoke
Almost missed the Bear-View! After the last pic the batteries died in the camera,
I let them charge during the smoke so they would be ready for the (Money shots)
All sliced up with some fresh GB from the garden, And ofcourse Mac&cheese
These came out better than expected, very tender and juicy!
