Had a late finish on a boston butt tonight. Should I pull it after it has rested, and before putting it in the fridge for the night, or wait until tomorrow to pull it?

If it was me, I would pull it tonight and put it back in a pan with the juices so that its ready for a reheat tomorrow.
Heat it up covered in the oven tomorrow and it should be fan-freaking-tastic !!!!!!
The other option would be to put it in vac bags and reheat it in boiling water right before your ready tomorrow.
