i put them in my masterforge for 6 hours at 210-230. OMG they were GREAT!. My wife seasoned them with sea salt garlic powder and black pepper. towards the last 45 minutes i put some bbq sauce on them and when they were done the meat fell off the bone. absolutley the best ribs ive ever had. thanks to all u guys here who have the knowledge and experience. anytime i need to know anything i come here and look it up. i plan on doing different things to my meats and poultry as time goes on. my son who will be turning 17 in august now wants ribs and chicken for his birthday party.
