We'll today was the first smoke on my new WSM, and let me tell ya I LOVE IT. I should have bought one of these a long time ago. It was only 18 degrees out today so I was a little scared to even try it for the first time, but I went for it anyways. I threw on some ribs, chicken wings, and some wicked beans. As cold as it was it held a rock solid temp for 7 hours until I shut it down. So here is some food porn for ya.
