    Forgot to photo it this morning, but in at 845a @ 225, cherry dust in the AMPS (whatever its called) and apple in the MES. 2 hrs in & up to like 125 already. Tossed a few little frozen chicken breasts in the brine yesterday, just put those on, I suspect an hour or 2 for them will be enough...
