As a complete newbie to smoking meat, can someone verify what 3-2-1 and 2-2-1 is. Is that 3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped, and 1 hour unwrapped, and of course the same for 2-2-1? If not, please let me know. Thanks everyone!
