    I have a 1 1/2 year old Masterbuilt propane thermotemp that will not stay lit. It also goes way above temp sometimes before the flame just cuts out and doesn't come back on. I have had some luck leaving the bottom door cracked but it still goes out at some point. Any ideas? I am thinking...

    I'm having a hard time finding a cover for my Masterbuilt ThermoTemp MPS 330g. I basically need a cover that is 24x24x43. I see a ton of electric smoker covers but not many covers for propanes. Any ideas Thanks in advance

    I smoked a brisket today and it was a chore keeping the temp at 225. I added some screws to the burner but that didn't help any... The knob was damn near set to off and the smoker temp was 220. I did remove the heat shield and sat a #8 cast iron skillet on a grate from my gas grills side...
