    Oh man did the pork turn out delicious the roast was good but not what I was expecting (really sweet) but 3 people ate 3 pounds of pork for dinner. My only issue was there wasn't any leftovers.

    Just under 5 hours and my roast is done (maybe too done it was 162 when I took it off) and my butt is up to 170. Can't wait to bite into some of this.
