Sounds like the Idaho move didn't work out? If you do end up moving back here let me know. Been here all my life. I can point you in the right direction!
Here are the manuals for both.

Same cooking area and BTU as far as I can tell. My guess is...
Wow a doctor in the house. Nice! Good thing you aren't a cardiologist though. They would have a field day seeing what we all eat:) Welcome to the site!
Everything I've seen on the net about that buck points to it being harvested in Texas in 2007. (yes I spend lots of time on the internet looking at big deer... and drooling)
Great buck no matter who shot it!
I still haven't pulled the trigger on a grinder yet. BUT... this video of "How It's Made" about how one company makes hot dogs sure does push me towards a grinder! Or at the very least it pushed me away from buying hot dogs again. Well maybe not... I love those hot dog cart dogs!
That is one...
So the stuffer is a whole different animal huh... I though they were the same unit. Well I better start doing some research. It's obvious I need to! Thanks.
Well this one is pretty cheap. http://www.sportsmanswarehouse.com/sportsmans/LEM-Products-575-Watt-Number-8-Meat-Grinder/productDetail/Meat-Grinders-and-Slicers/prod9999002401/cat100467
But I don't know what "Number 8" means, or if 575 watts is sufficient. My guess is this would be a starter...
Wow that looks good! You may have pushed me towards the grinder purchase and away from the hunting boot purchase with this one. I can always buy hunting boots right!?!?
Hey does everything come with a grinder? All the plates and that tube on the end that fills the casings? Or is that separate?
Well if that's the case then I will be checking my Albertson's stores for this! Is the name of the company just Rex? Or is there a name and website on the bottle? I looked up "Rex" and found a company called Rex that sells spices but they didn't have white pepper on there.
Anyway, can't wait...
That's a great price! But I'm curious as to why the picture on front shows a red bell pepper, celery, garlic, onion and a hot pepper. Check your ingredients. You may have a "cajun" blend based on white pepper. If so it's probably really good, but might make a difference in your dogs!
For sure ground coriander is what you want just like DDF said. And I have found white pepper in Walmart (not always in stock) Albertson's, Fred Meyer, etc.... Sometimes it's hard to find. It's in a small container about 2" tall. Well at least the stuff I buy is...
It isn't ever on the top...
