    Just opened and prepped a 3 pack of Costco St Louis style ribs. All three had their membrane on them. Very easy to remove however.

    Off the smoker and cut up for eating. Turned out pretty tasty and compliments from all who came for dinner. Dutch's Wicked Baked Beans were a very big hit as well.

    Out at 2 hours and ready for the foil.  Also time for the beans to go in. Time to close the door. All of this cooking makes a guy thirsty. Good thing the cooler is properly stocked.
