Where are we at with this? I went outside today to turn on my Masterbuilt and it wont turn on. when i plug it in i get the beep from the control panel but cant get it to turn on

I thought something was weird when I started seeing 3's in there. Right above that on the flyer it shows obtainable cuts and it list t-bones, strip stk, sirloin stk, filet mignon, porterhouse steaks. Can these cuts still be obtained. It also says average weight is between 160 and 350 lbs...
