    Nope - being endangered, and the risk of Jail etc have put me off. Sadly also - I have never seen one in the wild. Went to shoot a deer over the weekend.  Had them roaring - but just couldn't get one in the cross hairs.  When I do I will have to post some venison cooks.

    Havnt had a chance to get on the Big Green Egg for some time thanks to the horrid weather we have been having. So tonight I threw on a nice corn fed free range chicken. Smoked it with Manuka  chips.  Ended up with a nice crispy skin at the end, with a smoky tinge. Excellent!
