  1. looking to do some wings this weekend, i am looking for a good finishing sauce for it, i have tried dry rubs, bbq sauce all is good. but i want to try something different maybe a sweet sauce or maybe a sweet and little heat sauce ( wife does not care for heat in the sauce) i made a honey sauce before, looking for some suggestions.

I would try Jeff's sauce with a little honey and apple juice. You can adjust the proportions until you get the consistency that you want. Another way would be to mix the honey and apple juice, then add Jeff's rub until you get it where you like it.

    Good luck, Joe

I made a sauce this past weekend I really liked. Like you, I was wanting something a little different.

    1 stick butter

    1 cup Franks Red Hot

    1/4 cup honey

    2 TBS BBQ sauce

    1 TBS CBP

I just microwaved until butter melted and sauce was warm

(the honey cuts the heat down. Can add cayenne as desired)
