Two Fattys

Fattys are now the rage in these parts!
I smoked two yesterday, sorry no q-vue, they came out wonderful!
I am so amazed that you can virtually stuff them with anything....

My favorite one yesterday, was stuffed with a mixture of roasted corn, cumin, paprika, allspice, cayenne, California chili powder and diced pieces of pepper jack cheese. I mixed regular sausage and the hot sausage, wrapped her up in maple bacon, then rubbed in some chipotle rasberry rub.....OMG!! it was gone in 60 seconds...yummy!!
