About 3-1/2 hours in the WSM running dry top butt and bottom butt are within 1* of each other. Same as the last cook pretty even if you ask me. Will post pics in the morning!

b-one is that the gasket kit I see? Just ordered that today and way wondering how it worked? I was having trouble maintaining temps with all bottom vents closed d the temp still climbed to over 250 verified by my 733. Wondering how you like it if that is the gasket kit?

Nice! Gonna be some good eats!

Thx do you find things on both levels cook close to the same time? I read comments on the temp difference the last two times I've done dual butts with in about 15 min of each other. I need to pull these things so more pics soon!

Looks real good!   You should get that hanging rig for the WSM, hanging sure works good.

I passed on the PBC as I was leery of hanging food! But maybe some hangers for chicken wings at the very least imagine how many would fit in there!:drool

Man O Man.  Two butts cooking within 1* of each other--pretty impressive.  Great looking pulled pork.  Bet the hound will love the leftovers and bone LOL

Thx, but the Jack Russell only gets what hits the floor or he steals and we have learned to push food to the back of the counter!
