Turkey breast taking a bath

  1. Two whole turkey breasts in the brine from chef JJ 24 hour brine, will pull out tomorrow evening let it dry overnight for a Saturday smoke. Pics will follow.

  6. Out of the bath over night to dry out a little.

    Time for a rub down using my Cajun rub & McCormick Apple rub.

    Both rubbed down ready for smoke.

    Into the smoke using cherry & apple from my friend Steves back 40. Gotta love a friend who gathers, splits, & seasons wood and insists you take as much as you need.

    Few hours & I'll post some money shots.
