tri-tip roast

  1. ok here is a little Q-view, altho the picture seems to have washed out the gorgeous color of the roast [​IMG]


    all tucked away in my MES30 using hickory sawdust, with a pan of beef broth and onion slice to catch the drippings,

    the plan is to turn this into beef on weck

    Could have used a lil more brown sugar I think

    And the roast, nice and rare and tender!


    and a couple of shots of the Beef on Weck

    no one here likes horseradish sauce or Caraway seed so we omitted that part..



    Love Steamed Cabbage it went perfectly with this sandwhich
