Pretty happy with the outcome of everything. Only thing I would do different is made it with two racks. But I can always sell it and build another. Took it to a couple party's for the 4th and had 3 different people want to buy it lol

That is some beautiful looking grub and happy to see it turned out so well for you! I love the picture of your wood storage and your dog standing vigilant guard and hoping some meat will fall his way!

Especially like seeing the trout join the party.

Where are you located? That is some fine looking country, and with fish like that lurking in the local waters, it must be paradise!

I also notice you added a number of weld beads to the inside of the door. Was that to correct some warpage/sprung door? If so, how did it work out?

Thanks for ask the compliments. I live in southern ohio lovely place to live, but do my trout fishing in the mountains of wv (3 to 4hrs away). And my door was a major disaster lol. Originally was going to have two doors so I left a strip in the middle about 6" but them I decided to cut it out and make it one big door. So it ended up being warped and pulled every witch way lol. I've got it close to perfect but I'll probably try to change it this winter if I have time

Well, like the rest of the smoker, it came out great. It takes a lot of thought and skill to pull in a warped door with weld beads. Good on 'ya.
