What's up party people? Just kidding, I have been interested in BBQ for years. I love the stuff, but never really put the effort into learning. My dad is a pro, but it's almost impossible to get anything out of him. I want to know the whys, not just the how's. Anyway, just purchased a Masterbuilt 30" to begin learning. I don't really want to focus on temperature control right now while I learn other things. I will eventually buy a rig, or have one built. Any information for a newb would be great, I just started the preseasoning process, and am excited for my first smoke.
