Decided to fire up the chargriller outlaw and smoke some spares and a 5 lb brisket. Season up the meat, lit my chimneys and got the meat on the cooker at 1pm. I'm using Kingston competition blend charcoal. In the past I only used royal oak lump but wanted to try this stuff. So far it seems to be burning nicely. I'm at 275 very quickly.
