Short Rib Question

  1. I'm got the traeger going with a cornbeef, a rack of spare ribs, and a few short ribs. This is my first attempt at short ribs and I'm not sure how to tell when they are ready to come off. Do you let them start to pull back on the bone like spare ribs or go by temp? If temp, when do you pull them?
