I'm here to back up Ron on those chickies from Sam's club.
Thanks to Ron I tried one of those chickies in my new MES and although I wasn't used to the new smoker It came out ok, I thought.
Let me tell ya'll that I stuck the wings and thighs into the nuker tonight for dinner and I couldn't believe the flavor of that bird, it was fantastic!!!!
And for proof of the juices (this was only from the wings and thighs) check out this pic...

That has to be one of the juiciest birds I've ever had!!!!
Thanks to my buddy Ron for his suggestions.

Do you mean this?

It is a marinade and cooking sauce. It works great on anything.

Ron, came across a recipe today where you pour Yoshida's into a little pot, bring it to a boil and add pieces of chicken, fully cook and either serve or reduce to a simmer and allow people to serve themselves all night long as it stays hot.
I was going to try it tonight but instead it is on the dinner menu for tomorrow with a few legs or thighs.

Man that sounds good. Are you going to smoke them first?

Well I thought about it but I don't know if I will end up tossing chicken on the smoker, I do hate to eat anything without a touch of smoke so we'll see. I do have liquid smoke in the cabinet though...

Liquid smoke!.... Course this came from the guy who likes the McRib to.... lol... just kidding, I got a bottle of liquid smoke to - just don't use it like I used to since I found this site.

I tried to get one of those pre-marinated Costco chickens that they cook on the rotiserie, but the meat manager said they couldn't sell them unless you want to buy the entire case. I was because they don't have any ingrediant labels for them to re-package them individually.

They have great flavor and would be awesome on a smoker.... *sigh*.

Hey Ron, great looking bird.

I think I must have missed it. Did you spritz with Yoshida's, or just use it as a dip later? For some reason I didn't see where you used the Gourmet Sauce in the cooking/prep. But I'm getting older now too!

Thanks!
Tom

Beautiful looking bird! Didn't realize you could buy them pre-brined like that.

There's guys down the street that would just main line that stuff!!
Or use it as shampoo and conditioner

Looks great Ron, how many birds do you get out of bottle of marinade?
