Rolled one up and smoked it for the first time.

    Rolled my first meat fattie and smoked it up. Came out ok wasn't getting good smoke so the favor was a bit tangy. But over all pretty good kids like it wife on the fence.

    The stuffing I don't know where the cheese went but I use two mozzarella sticks
    Rolled it up nice and tight rapped it in bacon into the smoke 250 till it reach 165° but missed that and pulled it at 175°

    Thanks I'll try another one when the new control panel comes in. I'll add less wood this time for a sweeter smoke.
