Hey guys, new to the forum. I was wondering which smoker you would recommend. I currently use my sisters old, small char-broil offset smoker. It was purfect for me to try out smoking before i spent money on something i havent tried. Problem is its really small, guessing 12x24 grill. I smoked a rack of ribs yesterday and to cut them in half just to get them to fit. I would like to do more volume, also something that is easier to control the temps. I really have to sit and play to keep the temps where i want them. I dont have a ton of money to spend, budget probably between 100 and 300. I have seen some recommendations to others about the weber smokey mountian, any other recommendations?
