Made tenderloin for dinner - rubbed in a paprika based rub. Resting - corn on the cob on the stove. We had a big storm roll through so I had to forget about smoking it. I took to a IT of 137 and smoked with pecan and apple. Rubbed Butcher twined.... Another before the smoker shot.... As I was pulling off to wrap in foil and rest.
