I have a Polder THM 360. The unit works well, but I don't care much for the rubberized coating on the probe wires. They got too close to the firebox one time and now they are spliced.

I now look for thermos that have braided metal probe wires.

I had one that lasted less than a year, so I stayed with the single probe versionn that I've had for 5 years. The concept is great, my unit just didn't last that long. I have other probes, but they also are single probe. I hope you have many years of good service with your unit.

I have a wireless digital made by Weber and it works great. Only one probe and it is used for internal meat temp. I have the Brinkmann Smoke N' Pit and it came without a cooking chamber thermometer but one was in the catalog for 40 bucks and I purchased it. Very accurate. I double check it against a oven thermometer every so often and they are always dead on or at least never more than 1 degree off.

Yepper.... I have one and love it.

Not sure of the model number right off, but it has the dual bulb.

The only draw back that I have found, is if you go to foil and you leave the probe in the meat, you loose the pit temp, as it will be inside the foil. If you pull the therm out, then wrap, you end up with a hole in the foil to loose steam, etc. Other than that, I love it, and real reliable in my opinion.

Would I buy another one, yes.
