picnic shoulder

  1. HI everyone its been A long time since Ive been on this site and even longer since ive smoked anything, shame on me. I am smoking A picnic shoulder and i got the temp up to 188 and i forget what temp it is supposed to be for pulling. can someone please help me out?

    atleast 200,, I like to go to 205 - 210 just to make sure its gonna pull real good. good eatin

    I pull mine off the cooker at 190deg internal, then let it relax in a cooler for a couple hours, with a towel draped over the tinfoil. And it is still damn hot then.

    "Where's Loganville?" remember the commercial?
