Newish smoker

    Hey all,

    I am from st. Charles MO. I just bought a 22 WSM. I have run it a few times. First pass 2 chickens, 5 pork steaks, and 2 dog pile sausage. Second run I did the thanksgiving turkey. I spatzcocked the bird and it was hands down the best turkey I have had on thanksgiving. The third run I did a pork butt. I am new to the world of smoking in a large smoker. I have a weber kettle with the rotisserie attachment and the spacer ring! Love it as well. I will probably mod that spacer to add another level for the WSM. Looking forward to picking up a few tricks. Happy smoking all.

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
