New to SMF

Hello all,

My name is Kyle from Louisville, KY (Go Cats!).  Come across SMF while looking for a pineapple brine for my 9lb butt I have on the smoker for Memorial Day. Thank you to any of our Veterans who read this, nothing but support from this home! 

I have been smoking regularly for about 9 years using a variety of different smokers. I prefer a non-electric barrel smoker, it truly allows you to show your skills, but I use my electric box more often for convenience. I'm always creating new recipes, some great, some not so great.

I have a question for you , to start out with... do You do Mutton/Lamb and if so... how's about a thread about it. Last Sheep I had was not done well and I got sick, no urge for it since ,yet.
