Hello everyone I'm from a Lil town called rayne la. Just recently converted and old filing cabinet into a smoker did my first cook a week or two ago with chicken that came out great then this past weekend did they cook with two racks of ribs 3 spatchcock chickens deer sausage and sweet corn only problem I had on both cooks is getting my coals to last went through 40 pds of coals plus 6 pecan logs in a 6 hr cook they would only last 45 minutes with temp at 225 to 235 range I'm sure it's because the cabinet is a thin metal but I like the idea of the three drawer system it's going to take some getting used to but I'm looking forward to master the art of smoking
