Greetings from Tampa FL. I got a new MES30 in SS a few weeks ago and love it so far. It's been used every weekend and I've done ribs, pork butt, and a brisket. For each I have used tips from this forum so I appreciate all of the help from the members.

Recently I also got my AMNPS in the mail and will be giving it a test run this weekend on some ribs.

Welcome from Canada, 22

You have come to a great place to learn to smoke. There are lots of great people and plenty of information in the posts.

I look forward to your posts and, remember, we love pictures.
