New and Excited

Hi all
I am brand new to the world of smoking. I recently purchased a new grill(Weber 310) and a, from what I gather reading the forum, El chipo electric Brinkman. I must say I am dizzy with anticipation. Fatties? ABTâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s? Oh my I never knew such things existed. I spend most of my days at a computer job and I am very much looking forward to seeing what sort of damage I can do on the weekends. I appreciate all the help along the way.
