Need a near exact dimension off a UDS...

Can someone tell me the diameter of their drum's (multiple people for double-checking would be nice) inside dimension? I'm about to cut a strip of aluminum for the Weber Lid mod and need it pretty close.

I know it's about 23" or so, but I'd like it to be close.

Aloha trig..the one i have sitting outdside has a diameter of 23" and the cover off my Weber Grill seems like it was made for it. I hope this helps.

I would use a string or piece of tape to measure the inside of your drum, they are all different. I would also err on the long side and gind to fit.

Seamstress tape works great! Borrow your wife's, she won't mind. I would cut it long too, can't go back if your too short. The Diameter of my drum is 24" but they do vary.
