Hi, I'm LtSmoker, I am just starting out with Smoking. I am from Louisiana and was given a Cabela's Premium Power Coated 7 in 1 Cooker / Smoker for Fathers day. The smoker can be used with Charcoal or gas. I have been using it with gas but will be trying the charcoal soon. I really enjoy using my smoker and so Happy that I found this forum. I had a problem with my smoker and posted it and received all kinds of useful information. I am looking forward to future smokings because of this forum.
