Instead of using 'Foil' now I.....

    Just use my RIVAL Turkey Roaster with water in the bottom and a set temp of 225 - 250 for 2 hrs...

    It works GREAT for when you don't want to maintain the outdoor smoker during this time...

    Wife said they were the BEST yet [​IMG]

    Exactly....I was about to passout cuz it was 95 outside during my first 3 hrs on the smoker... I set that RIVAL up in my garage and broke the beer out and relaxed indoors for 2 hrs... it was great!!

    I put a little sandbag sock thing on the lid and it keeps them so moist with the steam.
