Ribs are on, more pics coming
Did a light BBQ sauce baste at the 2 hour mark, ribs are looking good so far. Going to foil at the 3 hour mark and put the ham in.
Looks good . How about a shot of those Ribs . The Smoke covered the shot and obscured the Ribs.
I'll check later ( unless you've already eaten them) for Q-view of them...
Meanwhile . . .
Everything turned out beautifully. The camera flash makes it look grey, but it wasn't. It had a nice bark, and was very tender and juicy. Another success on the wsm 18.5
Update: a friend of mine came over tonight with his sister and cousin for his birthday, they likes my bacon wrapped chicken thighs so much they brought bacon and chicken thighs. They turned out great like the last bunch. I'm addicted.
