Hello Everyone,
Dallas From Indiana here (Indy Dallas). Just decided to join the conversations here, since I've been a SmokingMeat member for about a year now. I might be kinda spotty posting, as work is still fairly busy and I'm on the road most of the week, but I look in whenever I get a chance.
Here's some requested stats for me;
Indiana resident (I know I said that before)
I use a Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault Smoker
I preserve a lot of meat every year, smoking, drying, canning, freezing
I hunt and fish. A LOT more hunting than fishing
I'm a cast iron enthusiast
What else...
Married, 37 years, same woman.
2 Kids,
2 Grandkids
For work I build, maintain, upgrade, repair and dismantle cell sites across the Midwest. I'm used to everything from a track hoe to an oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
I'm a ham radio operator, General license KD9BIF, working on my Extra tag.
So, that's about it. I'll be checking in as I can, maybe even post some.
