Hey guys - I want to trade some stuff if anyone is interested. I'm up for anything: spices, sauces, good beers, etc. The last exchange post on the forum (raspberry heffeweizen) finally "inspired" me.

I already posted before, but just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.

I'm from Chicago - so I have a good variety of ethnic products and such.

I would like to extend my hand in exchange here. Unfortunately, this time of year is not looking favorable to me to be able to pull out an exchange till the first of the year. My boss held back a bunch of money and we are doing every project in the sun right now to spend it all before year end.
If you don't mind, look at my exchanges with Beer and Fire It up. IF you like something from those, I might be able to do this before the year end. There are lots of microbrews out here, I was going to do an exchange with Beer for a milk stout but he has a nice bootlegging law that we both thought might not be fun to explore during the holidays.
