Greetings all!

Ken here. I have been smoking and grilling off and on for about 15 years+.

I have a smoke hollow (7500 model) duel fuel, gas grill and charcoal grill with the smaller offset side smoker box. Also have a Horizontal drum type offset smoker that I have made several changes to and continue to experiment with. I am looking at the pit barrel smoker rig and wonder if anyone cares to comment on that particular smoker rig.

Welcome to SMF Ken from another NorCal'er. Glad you are here and bringing the experience and interest.  Lots of folks here are big fans of the PBS.  Now that you've said "hi" here in Roll Call, ask the question in the Charcoal Smoker section.  You might get a better response over there from the Pit Barrel Smoker owners.
