How much Loin?

    I've been asked to cook a Pork Loin for 12 ladies next Tuesday. They are mostly in their 50's and 60's so I don't expect great big eaters. Any suggestions on how much to reasonably prepare? I know on a butt I always figure 1/4 pound per person of finished product.

  2. For that size, I'd just get a full loin. Plenty plus left overs.
