I bought a holland grill classic II a few weeks ago and wondering if anyone has experience with it or any hints. I f not I will keep on playin. Thanks
 
I have two of them, had 3 but gave the in-laws one. I love them for a grill, indirect heat and the outcome of grill'in is awesome; compared to the regular direct heat grill's. Holland grills are for the patient people as they aloso cook low n' slow. I have made everything from bacon to turkey on ours. In my opinion it is an excellent grill with a great, stand behind your product type of warranty. This technology certainly has its place in modern day grilling; the price is on the upper side of grills, but when you look at the warranty and how long they do last compared to $150 grills; the price is not that high.

I would prefer to smoke, but when time does not permit, a Holland grill puts out a quality product after you have learned to cook on it.
