I am not really new to this site but have been rather quiet. I am looking forward to trying new things, getting expert advice and sharing tried and true recipes.
I just recently put my WSM to good use, removing it from storage and smoked a packer's brisket. It turned out OK but I am sure I can do better and I look forward to learning from all of you experts out there.
