Hello. I am a newbie. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and could cook without wood or charcoal on a typical summer day. :biggrin: I have a TMLE and like it a lot. I do have a question regarding the 100+ degree difference between the temperature that I get on the heat gauge on the lid vs. a separate one that I put in the drum on a grate. Is there any way to make the thermometer on the lid to give an accurate reading? Thanks in advance.
