I'm BorderBrewer from Chula Vista, CA. I don't live on the border, but I can spit to there from here :^)
I've been lurking and reading for a while now. I enjoy the stories and knowledge so freely shared on this forum. I started out smoking with an ECB which I still have. About 12 years ago, I got a Smoke 'n Pit Professional for my birthday. Now I'm thinking of buying a GOSM or BBQ Grillware just to do sausages with. I'm not an expert in the art of smoking, but I have learned much from reading here. In addition to BBQ and smoking, I also enjoy Homebrewing, Sausage Making, Willy's Jeeps, and Reloading and Shooting. Glad to be a member of this fine forum.
